The model is complete and comes with inscructions and lots of promotional posters. When this kit was released in 1975 there wasn't really any Rodan merchandise released in the US, so this kit was quite the sight for a 9 year old kid in the hobby store with an eye out for Aurora monster models! The Aurora Monsters of the Movies Rodan featured a great pose of the prehistoric pterodactyl coming in for a landing on a building crushing under his weight, but at 9 years old I didn't know about putting a rod in for support so it was quite a daunting (and impossible) task for me to get Rodan to remain on his perch! But thanks to Polar Lights, for the second time in ten years I can take a trip back to Glenwood Hobby in 1975 and see if I can bring Rodan in for a landing.
