For items shipped free within the USA, our shipping cost to send the item to you is not refunded, and will be deducted from refunds for returned items. Customer pays all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that the item be packaged well to avoid damage and that the shipment be tracked.

This item ships free to all of the 50 USA states! Our primary domestic shipping method is USPS First Class for items under one pound and USPS Priority for heavier items. Ski tuning tables and similar large items as well as pressurized flammable liquid products will ship UPS Ground as legally required.
CANADA & WORLDWIDE: Click the Shipping and Payments tab and select your country for the shipping charge. Any duty or fees that may be imposed by your country's customs office is your responsibility to know and pay; additional taxes/duties/fees imposed by your country are not included in the price.
Shipping costs may be reduced when combining multiple items; price reduction is based on product weight, ask first with a specific list of items. Shipping costs cannot be reduced after the items have been shipped.
NOTE! First Class shipping can take 1-2 WEEKS, and up to 4 WEEKS; if you need it sooner ask for a quote on PRIORITY (1-2 WEEKS) or EXPRESS (1 WEEK) before you buy.

The Base Flatness Tester from Wintersteiger is a trusty way to determine if your skis are level. Even brand new skis, fresh from the manufacturer may have experienced a certain degree of warping. Skis high on the edges will feel grabby and erratic. Base high skis will feel squirrelly and 'loosey-goosey' underfoot. Both base high and edge high skis will require
professional ski tunes
. Additionally, base high skis can be difficult to fix. Make sure you bring your Wintersteiger Flatness Tester True Bar with you when ski shopping, so you know what to expect.
How to check the flatness of skis
: Look for light under the True Bar in the middle or by the edges of the skis when you place it on the base in the tip, under the binding, and on the tail.
