Bride Of Frankenstein Universal Monsters 1997 Playing Mantis Plastic Model Built
Might be missing an arrow indicator on the power-station thingy (to the right of the white bottle).
Other than the arrow, the model seems to be complete, but I'm not familiar with the original, so look at the pictures.
Seems to be partially painted (unless that's how the model was from the start)
