The Global Shipping Program already provides your buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, shipping, and import charges. Unfortunately, you can't edit these charges, even to offer a shipping discount. When your buyer pays, just ship the item to the US shipping center specified, and the Global Shipping Program will forward it to the buyer. Your buyer will directly pay you the purchase price of the item, plus any domestic shipping cost you specified in the listing.
Item Description and Condition:
Please see an item specifics for condition and details. We run over 30,000 auctions at all times and descriptions may appear minimal but we are very happy to answer any questions you may have as long as you ask them BEFORE committing to buy the item or making offers. Do not ask questions within the offer. Items may differ slightly from the photo if they are part of a multiple listing or have been re-listed. If you are unsure of anything please ask BEORE buying. We do not answer questions after the item is paid for as the item will have already been sent to our shipping dept to be sent out.
Ending auctions and separation:
We do not end our auction listings early and we do not break up our auctions to sell individual pieces when collections are offered.
Item Packaging:
We do not guarantee the condition of any packaging on any item. If an item is described as new it is the item inside the packaging we are describing not the packaging, new means the packaging has not been opened and the item inside is unused. If a package has dings, creases or crushed bubbles we will do our best to indicate as such, however, view the photos provided and any questions please ask BEFORE making an offer or purchase.
Payment:
We only accept payments through Ebay. Please pay within 2 days. Unpaid item reminders will be automatically sent after 2 days. If waiting for additional items to end, payment is expected within 5 days of the first ended item.
Combined shipping:
We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. A combined invoice will be sent on multiple purchases. Please do NOT pay for items before a combined invoice is sent, otherwise items cannot be combined. If buying large orders where it would be difficult to estimate combined shipping we will send a combined invoice and once payment is received we will pack and weigh the items and look to refund a portion of the shipping overages.
Shipping:
Items are usually shipped the day after payment with the exception of items paid on Fri/Sat/Sun which are then usually shipped Mon or Tue. A tracking number will be provided once we pack and look to ship the item.
Returns
: We do accept returns, please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason you wish to return the item. Apart from exceptional circumstances we do not pay for return postage or refund initial postage costs. We only accept returns by opening a returns case through eBay.
Feedback:
Positive feedback is automatically left after positive feedback is received by the buyer.
Blocked Buyers: In some rare instances we need to block buyers from making offers or purchases. This could be for various reason such as non payment of previous items, multiple cancellations, insulting offers, difficult communications, or rude remarks to us or our staff. In these rare instances we will not allow purchases or offers and will not communicate with the buyer once blocked.

We strive to provide an accurate description of all items. PLEASE, please, please EMAIL OR CALL with any additional questions you may have. Keep in mind, you are bidding on a vintage item - expect natural aging....look at the large pictures provided. Also, please be aware that close up pictures might emphasize dust and minor imperfections that you won't see with the naked eye. Most of our items are from 30 to 50 years old and will have some degree of stress cracks, crazing, etc. Expect them. We do not highlight 'typical wear' unless we feel it is out of the norm. Additionally, wires get brittle, rubber dry rots, strings get frail. Talking mechanisms go mute. Battery operated items stop working. All our items are sold for display purposes only. We will always tell you the operability of items in our possession - but we cannot, in any way, offer any guarantees of their continued operability.

L & L Collectables is a small, family run business. We have been buying, selling, and, yes, collecting since the early 80's. Payment
Payment is due within 2 days of auction close or date of purchase - EXCEPTION: if payment is snail mailed, we request it to be mailed within 2 business days. Ebay insists on PayPal, but we have no problem with just about any other method. ( Personal cks are held up to 10-15 days to clear.)
California insists we collect 9.25% sales tax for California residents - unless you can provide a valid resale number.
Paypal payments - we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment.
Communication
We do our best to answer all emails regarding active listings/sold items within one business day. We don't always answer offers to take less (if we wanted to list it for less or with a 'make offer' option, we would have) or on closed/sold listings.
Shipping & Handling
We have found that the eBay shipping calculator is often incorrect, so don't count on it as the final word. We only charge exact shipping/insurance costs. Feel free to email if you feel shipping cost showing up is incorrect.
We have just switched to calculated shipping so please let us know if something seems off.
We offer more than one shipping option. The cheapest option does NOT always show up first so please look at different options
Paypal payments - we will ONLY ship to shipping address listed on Paypal payment page (this is an eBay and Paypal requirement).
We charge exact shipping and insurance charges on all orders - we do not charge packing nor handling fees. Signature required on all packages over $500.

International buyer pays EXACT shipping & insurance (VAT/Taxes/Duty is the responsibility of the buyer. Please know your own country's fees for imports).
Shipping Time: Our normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. There is a one business day processing time needed for shipments (ie items paid by midnight Sunday will go out Tuesday. We try to get most items paid on Monday shipped on Tuesday - but if time doesn't permit, please don't expect package to ship until Friday).

Damaged in Shipping/Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged Items:
If an item arrived damaged, contact us immediately. Please be sure to retain ALL packaging including the box and packing materials, and we will file an insurance claim for you.
Returns:
No returns. Everything is sold AS-IS. Buyer is responsible for reading description and reviewing large pictures provided. The items we sell are vintage collectables so expect natural aging/wear. However, we will consider return if there was a significant oversight in listing. Please contact us for authorization. Buyers would be responsible for ALL return shipping and insurance costs. Insurance would be required and must cover the eBay final bid price. Changes of heart (ie buyer's remorse) will never be a legitimate return reason. We will not consider for return any 'sealed' item which has been open by buyer - regardless of contents. We also reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns or order cancellations - at our discretion. We do NOT offer partial refunds.
