Out of state buyers are not charged tax, or title. Unless 30 day temp tag has to be issued. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. A $199 dealer fee is applied to all sales unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $199. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 non refundable deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

If it is necessary for bidder to commence litigation to enforce any portion of this Agreement, Seller will be entitled to recover from Bidder its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, including the reasonable fees of in-house counsel.
