I believe this was produced/sold (unpainted) in the 90’s. Nameplate may need to be reattached upon arrival (painter simply glued them to base and post). It will also need to be dusted/cleaned as it has been sitting in the same place, same collection for about 20 years. I apologize, I do not remember the painters name.
