1857 Flying Eagle Cent, Choice Almost Uncirculated PCGS/CAC AU-55. Snow-16, widely blundered date, with two additional date punches in the Eagle's chest. For reasons that escape me, not a recognized PCGS variety - however fully obvious with the large die break/chip in the center. A nice coin, perhaps just slightly weakly struck on the Obverse at the bottom of "United States", otherwise it would perhaps certified AU-58. This shows considerable luster and original color.
An NGC AU-55, which shows streaky “woodgrain” Obverse surfaces and whose color suggest to me that it had been cleaned at some point, sold in January, 2020, for $552 at Heritage. In my opinion, this coin given its unquestioned originality and CAC sticker, should b worth at least that or perhaps a bit more. A comparable example was being offered elsewhere for $650 as of November, 2018 (I have lost track of that coin so cannot update whether it sold or not).
